All items are posted with the Royal Mail in secure, plain and discreet packaging. |

All orders must be accompanied by money order or cheque made payable to Heavens Above. |

Goods will be dispatched immediately funds are cleared. Credit card orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. |

We recommend you allow up to 28 days for delivery. |

Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared funds being received. |

Where an item is out of stock it will be placed on back order, we will dispatch it as soon as possible. |

Returns of sex toys can only be accepted where the item is faulty. Under such circumstances an exchange will be offered. |

Returns of lingerie can only be accepted where the item is still in it's original packaging. |

Returns of creams, lotions, lubricants, condoms and videos or DVD's will not be accepted under any circumstances. |

Where an exchange of clothing has been agreed due to incorrect size. The item must be returned to us in resalable condition in it's original packaging. A covering note stating the new size required and payment of £2.95 to cover additional postage must be included. We advise you to use Recorded delivery. |

We reserve the right to update, amend and remove items on this website at our discretion. Where an item has been discontinued a similar alternative of the equivalent or higher value will be offered. |
